Jeff Geerling is organizing HomelabFest for September 2027. This project documents his public writing on LGBTQ+ people and reproductive rights, records public event relationships, and links readers to the original sources.
People can hold and express their own beliefs. The community can also weigh those public statements when deciding who should represent its spaces and profit from the community. We want homelab events to welcome LGBTQ+ people and everyone affected by these issues. Participants and supporters should be able to review the record and decide for themselves.

Which views does he stand by today?
Jeff has responded publicly in the Hacker News discussion: he referred to the general age notice and said HomelabFest is for everyone. We include that welcome. His reply does not identify which positions in these specific posts he still holds or how they have changed. One post also has a later note saying he would write many things differently, without identifying which claims he meant.
